Penny Delacey (Adv. Dip) I use an eclectic style of counselling drawing from my knowledge of humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive and solution based therapy. I am also an experienced life coach and hypnotherapist. I trained within South East Essex College and Victoria Counselling. I have also undertaken specific courses in relationship counselling and for drug and alcohol abuse but my counselling skills are not restricted to these areas!
