I have spent the majority of my career working with people in various settings. I have worked as a Learning Support Assistant, Youth Offending Worker and a Learning Mentor. At present I work with teenagers and young adults to access careers and job opportunities. I also have a range of qualifications, including a Degree in Psychology and qualifications relating to my previous occupations.
I'm qualified in counselling up to advanced diploma level, and would describe my counselling approach as Integrative. This is because I have had training in the use of Person Centred Counselling, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Therapy. This gives me the flexibility to tailor my approach to a client's needs and issues.
